Thank you for shopping at Zestspice. As our products include perishable food items, we must adhere to a strict return and refund policy. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products, and we are committed to addressing any issues that may arise.

If, by any rare chance, you receive a product that is damaged or of poor quality, we are more than willing to assist you with an exchange. Kindly make an opening video of the parcel stating the issue.In any case refunds are not possible only exchange.Please notify us via mail (Indiaztrends@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (8275326881) within next 24 hours from the date of delivery to initiate the return process. Simply return the product in its original condition, with the box and/or packaging intact. Our dedicated team will inspect the returned product, and if it is found to be defective or damaged, we will process an exchange, including any shipping fees incurred. We will gladly replace the item with the correct one. If the original item is no longer available, a refund will be processed instead.

Please rest assured that our products go through rigorous quality checks before being dispatched to ensure they meet our high standards. However, we understand that unforeseen issues may occur, and we are here to make things right for you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience.

Order Cancellation:

Order once placed can only be cancelled within 2 hours from placing the order, you can write to our customer support team at Indiaztrends@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8275326881 . In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 4-5 working days after the cancellation request. Once an order is dispatched, no cancellation will be entitled nor any modifications to orders will be made.

Please note :The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances and the bank’s policy. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or any 3rd party wallet please allow 5 - 7 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.
